Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can return your product to us without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties (excluding return shipping costs).
🛠️ Return Validation Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:
- Be in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
- Not have been used (for obvious hygiene reasons related to vaping).
- Be returned in its original, intact packaging.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these simple steps:
- Go to our contact page.
- Clearly state your withdrawal request, your order number, and the item concerned.
- Our team will confirm receipt of your request and provide you with the return address and logistical instructions.
Shipping Costs & Refund
- Return shipping costs: These are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product upon receipt or an error on our part during preparation.
- Timeframe: After receipt and inspection of your package by our logistics department, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days. The refund may be deferred until the products are recovered or until proof of shipment is received.
- Payment method: The credit will automatically be applied to the payment method used for the original purchase, unless you explicitly agree to another refund method and without additional fees.
⚠️ Exceptions to the right of return
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (opened E-liquids, started Puffs, used or unsealed vape products, etc.).
